Dimensions will work closely with Birziet University Friends Association to develop the strategic plan according to the following activities:
- Carry out adequate internal analysis to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses
- Carrying out the necessary external analysis to identify the opportunities available to the association and the challenges it faces
- Preparing the association’s strategic framework for the years 2021-2030 and approving it by the administrative board
- Preparing an executive action plan matrix for the association for the years 2021-2023
- Preparing the estimated budget for the association’s executive plan for the years 2021-2023
